We are growing! Founded in 2019 as a mother/daughter team with a single therapist, we've grown into our spacious historical house on Fort Ave, with 4 rooms and plenty of space for new therapists to join our team! You set your own hours within our set work hours (8-7).

 

This is a woman owned and veteran owned business, with a variety of massage modalities, treatment options, and therapies to address a wide variety of conditions and ailments both physical and mental.

 

We firmly believe in massage as an essential therapy to people of all ages and levels of health. We identify less as a spa, and more-so a health and wellness oriented massage clinic.

 

We are looking for a massage therapist who sees the value in massage and its ability to promote healing and wellbeing. Someone who has a passion for providing pain-relief and comfort to their clients.

 

Goodness of fit is very important to us! As a family-owned business with a strong connection to each other, we hope to find a therapist who is team oriented, drama-free, friendly, and has a good sense of humor!

 

Responsibilities include massage, check-in or check-out if needed, and maintaining a clean work space.

Interview process will include a formal interview and questions, as well as performing a massage on our therapist to get a feel for your technique.

 

Applicants must be able to perform Swedish and deep tissue massage, but we can train in other modalities.

 

We are looking for Full Time, Part Time, and On Call therapists (anywhere from 1-15+ massages per week) with room to grow as we continue to expand. Hours are flexible within our set operation schedule!

 

Compensation includes hourly wage of $8.25 plus 15% commission on all services provided. This typically equates to a basic average of $20 per massage hour, with a full schedule. As services increase in price, commission increases to reward therapists that provide more advanced services. Therapists with additional certifications will receive 30% commission for those modalities. Each therapist keeps 100% of their tips, subject to federal and state tax laws. Therapists are also allotted a free massage in house per month, and have the option of enrolling in Aflac for supplemental insurance through our employer group.
